Activity assay. Activity is measured by increase of optical density (405 nm) at 37°C at 0.025 min-1 in buffer (0.14M NaCl, 0.01M Na-phosphate pH 7.5, 0.2 mM of substrate and 100 IU/ml of urokinase (cat 282))
