One of the few collagen antibodies validated specifically for dog tissue. Rabbit polyclonal raised against native canine tail-tendon collagen type I and III (our cat. 739) and affinity-purified on the same antigen; it does not react with canine collagen IV or V or with dog plasma proteins. For immunohistochemistry on frozen canine tissue sections and for ELISA on native collagen — in veterinary pathology, canine fibrosis and wound-healing studies and dog-derived biomaterials. Lyophilised, reconstitute with 1 ml water.
Specificity
Native dog collagen type I and III from tail tendon. No cross-reactivity towards dog collagen type IV, V and other dog plasma proteins
