Rabbit polyclonal secondary antibody that detects mouse IgG, IgM and IgA together, purified on immobilised mouse immunoglobulins so that it does not react with other mouse plasma proteins. Use it as a pan-isotype anti-mouse secondary in Western blotting, ELISA and immunohistochemistry, for detecting mouse monoclonals of any class (including IgM hybridoma supernatants), or as an unconjugated starting material for in-house HRP, biotin or fluorophore labelling.
