751 Mouse antibody anti-human integrin alpha 2b beta 3 complex (CRC64 clone)

The antibody is specific to the integrin complex alpha 2b beta 3, but not to the dissociated integrins. The antibody reacts with human platelets and megakaryocytes. The antibody does not react with platelets from patients with the hereditary deficiency of GP IIb-IIIa (Glanzmann's thrombasthenia). The antibody does not cross-react to rabbit or dog.
