Pepsin-solubilised type II collagen purified from bovine knee-joint cartilage, ≥95% pure and lyophilised salt-free. Type II is the cartilage-specific collagen, and this 30 mg pack is sized for immunisation and collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) protocols, for use as a Western blot / ELISA standard and for coating or hydrogel preparation in chondrocyte culture.
